themusic.bio is a link-in-bio platform for music artists. It allows you to create a public page with links to your music across streaming platforms.

2. Account

You sign in using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Impersonate another artist or person.
• Post links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit requests in bulk.

4. Verification

Artist verification is reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or reject verification requests at our discretion. Verification grants a badge and a subdomain (artist.themusic.bio) but does not imply endorsement.

5. Content

You own the content you add to your page (display name, bio, links). By using the service, you grant us a license to display this content publicly on your page. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for the content of external links on your page.
